Our team
Alex Hall
Psychologist & Founder
As a psychologist, I believe in the power of authenticity, empathy, and human connection. Therapy is a deeply personal and courageous journey, and my role is to walk alongside you with genuine care and understanding. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and where we can work together to uncover the path that feels right for you.
While Iโm trained as a psychologist, Iโm also a human - with my own imperfections, vulnerabilities, and lived experiences. I'm not immune to life's challenges and itโs this shared humanity that allows me to approach each person with genuine compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support.
I aim to hold space for all parts of you - not just the pain you carry, but the person you are beyond it.
My clinical experience spans across inpatient, outpatient, community mental health settings and private practice. I now work primarily with clients seeking support for eating disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, neurodivergence, and perinatal concerns.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space - where all aspects of your identity are welcomed. Together, weโll explore your challenges with honesty and care, and work towards meaningful growth, at your pace.
My main therapy modalities include:
Schema Therapy
Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) for Eating Disorders
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Imagery Rescripting
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
