At Grow Through Therapy, we offer personalised psychological support tailored to your unique needs and goals. Below you'll find an overview of how we work, our fees, and the concerns we have experience supporting people through.

Individual Support

Individual psychological support for individuals aged 16+. We offer these sessions in-person in Ascot, Brisbane or via Telehealth. Typically, sessions begin fortnightly, however this is collaboratively discussed in your first session to suit your needs.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Management Plan, you will get a rebate of $98.95 following each of your Medicare sessions (10 or 40 respectively) per calendar year.

Fees

Business Hours (from 9am) | 50 mins | $230

After-Hours Sessions (5pm onwards) | 50 mins | $255

Neuropsychological Assessments

Evidence-based assessments for individuals aged 16+. These assessments can assist in identifying ADHD, Autism, and other clinical psychopathology.

We offer these sessions in-person or via Telehealth.

Please note, Medicare rebates do not apply to assessment sessions.

We provide a non-judgmental, weight-inclusive space for anyone struggling with their relationship with food, eating, or their body.
