Supervision Style
Supervision with Alex is reflective, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. She believes that the same values that underpin good therapy - authenticity, empathy, and human connection - are equally important in the supervisory relationship.
Alex understands that being an early career psychologist can be both exciting and challenging. Whether you're navigating complex clinical presentations, managing the realities of private practice, or simply finding your feet, supervision is a space to think, grow, and feel supported, without judgment.
